PARLIAMENTARISM, RATIONALIZED PARLIAMENTARISM AND APPLICABILITY IN TURKEY

Many explanations and interpretations about the origin, history nature of separation powers doctrine show that democratic value parliamentary government system is at a high level. Indeed, in contrary to general knowledge, not only presidency but also keeps its level many aspects establishes brake balance mechanism between powers. This study discusses features system, especially rationalized possibility applicability Turkey.
